Telephone and Web Setup for US and International

Registration - After you complete registration for Certification you will be directed to a web page with the web site links, phone numbers and access codes for both days of the Online Certification. If you are not automatically taken to the confirmation page after registration simply click on the "Return to Web Site" button. You will also be sent all confirmation information one week before the Certification along with a user name and password to the CBLC tools online.

The Telephone - You will need a head set for your phone. The best one I have found is the panasonic for approximately $20.00. If are going to use a speaker phone you will need to take yourself off speaker before taking yourself off mute and speaking. You will need a land line for the online Certification as some VOIP services do not provide a really good connection. You can use VOIP just be prepared for possible poor sound.

The Telephone for International Clients - Skype offers a means of doing this without any changes to your current phone. You can get reviews of Skype at CNet.com. There are now local toll numbers available for the following countries,

The Web - You will need a broadband connection. Following are the specifications for both Mac and PC.
