THE Burris Life Coach Online Certification has two components and they are the telephone and the web.

Registration - After you register for Certification you will be directed to a web page with links to both days of the Online Certification. You will need to click on each link and simply enter you name and email. You will then be sent the phone number, access code and web site where you will need to log in the day of the Certification.

The Telephone - You will need a head set for your phone. The best one I have found is the panasonic for approximately $15.00. If are going to use a speaker phone you will need to take yourself off speaker before taking yourself off mute and speaking. If you do not use VOIP you may want to consider it. I use Vonage which allows for unlimited calls in the US, UK and Canada for $25.00 per month.

The Telephone for International Clients - If you do not already have VOIP, Skype offers a means of doing this without any changes to your current phone. You can get reviews of Skype at CNet.com. There are now local toll numbers available for the following countries,United Kingdom - Ireland  - Austria  - Belgium – France – Germany – Italy – Netherlands – Spain - Switzerland and of course the US.

The Web - You will need a broadband connection. Following are the specifications for both Mac and PC.
